Over the years, we have raised the bar where it comes to the quality delivery of acute care medicine, for illnesses and injuries. We have noticed that many clinics have been falling over themselves trying to get those 5-star Google and Yelp reviews. We decided not to play that silly game. After all, what use is a 5-star review? It doesn't help us improve anything and we are constantly aware that there is ALWAYS room for improvement. Be it our staff, our protocols, our waiting room, our billing process, our after-care - anything. Improving ourselves will be a perpetual challenge, and one that we feel strong enough and big enough to take on.
So, instead of seeking out those shiny bright 5-star reviews, we realize that it's the criticisms that we need to hear. Only then will we be able to improve our methods and the way we take care of our patients.
In that regard, we have started a new project, which we call 'The Diamond Campaign'. It is named after the premise that 'we can’t shine bright like a diamond if we’re not willing to get cut', and so we are actively seeking out those 'cuts' - from you!
We are extremely grateful for any helpful constructive criticism that we receive from real patients who have been to any of our clinics. Please indicate which clinic you were seen at and when.
Yes, we know this is a bit different, but once you've been a patient at a St. Louis Urgent Cares clinic you'll quickly discover that we totally are different. We hope you will agree that we are better, but if not, then please submit your constructive criticism using our online form. The only requirement is that you have been a patient at one of our clinics, so that you can speak from first-hand experience.
Of course, please feel free to post reviews (good or bad) as you wish using Google, Yelp, Bing and so on, but only the ones submitted from this webpage will be entered into the monthly drawing. If you don't win in a given month, but you feel like you gave us some fantastic advice, then don't worry, your review will remain in the pool for a future monthly draw.
Thank you for helping us becoming a bright shiny diamond. With your help, we will get there.

It’s impossible for us to objectively review ourselves. Every observation we make of ourselves is subjective, and thus, often inaccurate. It can be difficult to see our own flaws which is why we need you to 'cut' us down any which way you like. Yes we know it's a rare request from any business, but we genuinely want to improve and this is the best way we think we can.
We have a willingness to accept, even embrace, constructive criticism.
